How to extract unsaved image from word?

Sometimes, we need to reuse the images in the word which other people sent to us. But everyone knows we can’t cut copy and save as, so here I would like to share the solution to solve this problem. It’s very easy; you don’t need to use extra software, only word is enough.

1. Create a new folder to save the images, and then open the word file which you need to use. Go to save as -> other format.

2. Select “Web page (html)” as output format, and choose the new created folder which is used to save the images, then click “save”.

3. Go to the folder you will find the extracted images.

How to convert Word to PDF

How to convert Word to PDF? People will say there are many PDF Creators can do this job. But sometimes people only deal with Word and PDF, and PDF Creator is more expensive, so we’d better use Word to PDF converter which is more economic. Here I introduce two ways for all of you to convert Word to PDF.

1. Use Zamzar

Zamzar is an online file converter. Besides convert Word to PDF, People can convert files from one kind of format to another format, or convert one format video to another. So, first upload your word document and choose PDF as output format, then type your mail address, then click convert.

The only drawback is after convert Word to PDF format, the link in word cannot work in PDF document.

2. Use Word to PDF Converter

There is lots of free Word to PDF converters, their outputs is nearly the same with above Zamzar. Here I recommend Simpo Word to PDF. It’s very simple to convert Word to PDF, totally two steps.

Step1: Launch the program, and click “Add files” to import Word documents.

Step2: Click Convert button, then your word document is starting converting into PDF format. If you need, you can also set the path for the output file.

Tips: By using Simpo Word to PDF, people never need to worry about the link will be disable. And before convert Word to PDF, you can also set the profile for the output file. In the setting, you can set the full information and high security copyright protection.

How to lock Microsoft Word Document?

Sometimes people want to protect their word document and make it secured. Here are two ways to do that

1. Set the password for your word document.

Do you know that Microsoft Word document provides encryption function? Followings are the full details about it.

Step1: Open the word document which you need to encrypt. Go to menu -> Prepare -> Encrypt document.

Step2: it will launch a new window; here you should type the password twice for the password confirmation.

Tips: In case, you want to cancel the password, it is in the same procedure, but the difference is you just need to leave the password box as blank, save the file then done!

2. Using Word to PDF converter

As everyone knows that the PDF document is not editable. Without permission, no copy, no print etc. So a good word to PDF converter can secure your word document perfectly. Here I am using Simpo Word to PDF as an example.

Step1: Download and launch Simpo Word to PDF.

Step2: Import your word document by clicking “Add Files”.

Step3: Click “Setting” to set the copyright.

Here, you can set the password and limit the user behavior, such as disable printing, disable changing etc.

Step4: Click “Start”, your word document is starting converting into PDF with high protection.

Convert a batch of images into PDF with Photoshop

Everyone knows to convert a batch of images into PDF by using PDF Creator. But only few people know that Photoshop can also do this job. Followings are the procedures.

1.Import one of the images in the Photoshop.

2. Go to “windows->Action”.

3. Creating a new action by clicking new action button.

4. In the new window, give the name of your action, then press “record” button.

5.  Go to file, save it as PDF format. Press stop button in the action window, then close the image. This image will turn PDF format.

6.  Go to file, select “Automate”, choose “bath”.

7.  A new window will be launched. Here, you can choose the file which your images are in. and set the output directory.

Then press ok. Then all the images in that file will turn to PDF format. But the only drawback is each image finished converting, you should click ok once.

How to change MS Office documents into Image

Nowadays, I found many people were searching the way to convert Word to Image. There are only few Word to Image converters in the internet, and it seems not economic to spend money to buy a software only for convert word to image. I would like to share another way to solve this problem.

 

Everybody will be familiar with PDF Creator. But I think nobody will let it create image. PDF Creator is a good element for creating image. Following are the method. 

1. Use PDF Creator to convert MS Office document in to PDF.

2. Open your Photoshop and import converted files.

You can import it either by pages or Images.

3. You will get your file in transparent background.

4. Create new layer, set background as white color, press Ctrl + Delete, and then put the new layer in the bottom. Your document will have white background.

5. Go to file -> Save as to save your file in any image format which you want.

6. Your file is turning to image.
